Chikuni-juku Masugata
- Description
- Masugata" refers to a pathway with its path intentionally bent at a right angle in order to stop the momentum of enemies from the outside and to prevent them from directly seeing inside. The Chikuni guard house also had such a structure in preparation for outside enemies and revolts. The house inside the curve is called Kadoya-san.
